Lay out of bed rearing at rearing house

This method is good
for 4st and 5st instar.

It's more efficient than
feeding without branches.

This method is good
before silkwoms go to mounting

Mounting and Harvesting

Before start rearing,
put on seriframe on the wire-shelf
and disinfect the rearing room

One day before start mounting,
feed only mulberry leaves
to make flat the rearing bed

When worm are matured
about 10%, pick them up by hands
and put to seriframe
before main instalatation of seriframe

When worm are matured
more than 50%, put base rod
on the rearing bed and
the seriframe on the base rod.

When they mount up
more than 90% in 3-6 hours,
put the seriframe on the simple wire-
hang up by wire for better reelability।

As soon as the seriframe
from the bed are removed,
clean the rearing bed and
pick up the remained silk worm
to one place and feed them
until they are matured.

On the next day,
clean and arrage
the seriframe
by taking out

About 6-7 days later ,
harvest cocoons by
the harvesting tool or
by a piece hard paper.

Disinfect the seriframe by dipping in didinfection solution.
